Strategy Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy focused on user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Align marketing campaigns with business goals, emphasizing ROI and
CAC optimization.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across key performance channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Manage and scale campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
Data-Driven Optimization
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and refine strategies.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing performance marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Content, Analytics, and Design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Budget Management
- Own the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and spending to maximize ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on budget utilization and campaign effectiveness.
Market Trends & Insights
- Stay updated on the latest fintech and stock market trends, as well as performance marketing tools, technologies, and platforms.
- Benchmark against industry standards to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Expertise in Channels: Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns (SEM, social media, programmatic, affiliate, influencer marketing).
- Data Analytics: Strong analytical skills, with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft innovative campaigns while keeping long-term goals in mind.
