Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with the CEO to define and execute business strategies, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Track key business metrics and operational goals, driving accountability across departments.
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
** Leadership & Decision Support**
- Act as an extension of the CEO, attending key meetings and ensuring critical follow-ups.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to aid decision-making.
- Act as a sounding board for executive-level discussions.
- Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance company performance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and goal achievement.
- Manage special projects that cut across multiple departments.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare leadership briefings, presentations, and reports.
- Represent the CEO in meetings when needed and ensure seamless information flow.
People & Culture
- Help build and maintain a high-performance company culture.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and leadership hiring processes.
- Organize leadership retreats, team-building activities, and offsites.
- Project Management & Meeting Coordination
- Own and manage key projects from ideation to execution.
- Prepare agendas and ensure productive executive team meetings.
- Follow up on action items and ensure accountability.
- Special Initiatives & Crisis Management
- Lead high-priority projects, working closely with multiple stakeholders.
- Act as a problem-solver in times of crisis, ensuring business continuity.
- Step in to provide leadership support where necessary.
