Strategic Role in Marketplace & Quick Commerce – The position requires driving both revenue growth and profitability through marketplace platforms, leveraging negotiation skills and strategic partnerships.
Ownership of Key Business Metrics – Responsible for managing net revenue, gross margin, performance marketing spends, and contribution margin (CM2) to ensure efficient business growth.
Account Management & Growth Strategy – Develops and executes go-to-market strategies, defines KPIs, and ensures alignment with cross-functional teams to drive marketplace expansion.
Promotions & Marketing Execution – Works closely with platforms to design and manage promotions, ensuring effective marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and conversion.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Interprets marketplace category performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for business growth.
Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization – Collaborates with operations teams to manage shipments, reduce stockouts, improve fill rates, and enhance demand planning accuracy.
E-Commerce Platform Management – Ensures top SKU discoverability, optimizes product pages, and enhances customer experience through effective brand store management.
Performance & Return on Ad Spend (RoAS) – Focuses on improving funnel metrics and optimizing ad spend to maximize returns and marketplace effectiveness.
Required Experience – 5-8 years in e-commerce marketplace management, with a minimum of 3 years in growth and P&L management for leading platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Q-commerce).
Industry Background & Skill Set – Preferred candidates should have experience in the apparel sector, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and expertise in managing digital ads and promotions.
