*Key Responsibilities *Finance Team Setup:

Build and lead the in-house finance team, transitioning from outsourced functions. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. *Financial Strategy & Leadership: *

Partner with the Founder to shape financial strategies and support organizational growth. Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Controllership:

Oversee financial operations, compliance, and reporting. Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. *Operational Finance: *

Manage fluctuating working capital needs and optimize cash flow. Handle product costing, inventory management, pricing strategies, and vendor relationships. *Systems & Processes: *

Design and implement financial systems and processes from scratch to support scale and efficiency. Establish and continuously improve financial policies and procedures. *Required Qualifications *Educational Background:

Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
MBA Finance may be considered if backed by highly relevant experience.
Extensive exposure to operations-heavy industries like FMCG, D2C, or logistics (e.g., Spinny, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Rivigo).
Proven expertise in controllership, working capital management, product costing, and inventory management.
Strong track record of building finance teams and scaling finance functions from scratch. Preferred Skills:
Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proven experience in creating financial systems, internal controls, and processes.
