Requirements:
- ️ 4-6 years of B2C product management experience (e-commerce experience is preferred) with at least 1 year of experience in Search
- Strong analytical thinking, data-driven insights, and structured problem-solving
- Proven ability to lead teams with empathy and influence stakeholders
- Experience in personalization, recommendations, or AI/ML/LLMs is a strong plus
Responsibilites
- Define the product vision and roadmap for search, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Improve search algorithms, ranking models, and query understanding to enhance product discoverability.
- Leverage machine learning models to personalize search results based on user behavior and preferences.
- Reduce drop-offs, improve zero-result searches, and enhance auto-suggestions to drive higher conversions.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and category teams to create a high-performing and intuitive search experience.
- Define and monitor key search KPIs like CTR, NDCG, search-to-cart ratio, and search latency
- Conduct experiments to improve search UX and ranking models iteratively
