Roles and responsibilities: ●Creative Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute the overarching creative strategy across all marketing channels (YouTube, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Email, WhatsApp, Website, and App). ●Lead creative brainstorming sessions to innovate and refine the brand’s creative direction continuously. ● Campaign Development & Execution: Conceptualize and oversee end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring that messaging, tone, and creative assets align with core values and goals. ● Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talented copywriters, graphic designers, video editors, and content writers. Foster a creative environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability. ● Brand Consistency: Ensure that all creative output is consistent with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity. Maintain brand integrity across various marketing channels while adapting the message and format to fit the medium. ● Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to ensure that creative content supports strategic initiatives, product launches, and growth objectives.
Qualification: ● Minimum of 8 years of experience in creative direction. At least 3 years of experience preferably in a tech, education, or startup environment. ● Proven track record in managing and executing high-impact digital campaigns across YouTube, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other key marketing channels. ● Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire creative teams.
